No need to call or write, here is what you do.

• Please use the downloadable form above for any return or exchange.
• Fill in the details requested in the form.
• Ship items using the address label at the bottom of the form via the most convenient method.
• Return postage is your responsibility.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange, replace, or refund any item that is in original condition with all size tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to try items on before washing or removing tags!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any of the following:

• WORN OR WASHED ITEMS
• ITEMS WITH NAMES WRITTEN OR SEWN IN
• ALTERED OR HEMMED ITEMS
• ITEMS PURCHASED IN A PREVIOUS SCHOOL YEAR

SCHOOL YEAR WARRANTY

Items that are defective due to materials or manufacture will be replaced within the same school year, September to June, for a replacement in the same size and color, free of charge. Defective items must be returned to the store. We will not replace items for regular wear and tear or playground accidents.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT.
